Overview:
My Affiliate Program Software (MyAP) is a customizable Affiliate Tracking and Management solution designed to create, automate and manage affiliate relationships.

Loaded with tools to help you track and manage your affiliates in the simplest way, the MyAP demo puts you in the driver’s seat to manage your entire affiliate program. Although the demo is not interactive, those with limited familiarity of affiliate programs can easily get a taste of what MyAP has to offer.

By integrating a customer relationship management approach to their system, MyAP allows you to use their templates or mass mail your database of affiliates and group them into tiers. You can utilize their default messages, agreements and designs or customize the entire system for a completely branded experience.

MyAP gives you the flexibility to pay who you want, when you want. It is a completely customizable solution that provides you with the capability to pay your affiliates by sale, click or lead. MyAP takes into account that not all affiliates are the same and provides you with a multifaceted approach to dealing with each and every affiliate.

Usability:
The user interface is simplistic and easy to use with a clear and comprehensive navigation menu. The MyAP login view displays an overview of your affiliates, showing today’s currents tasks (i.e. the number of affiliates you have waiting to approve or pending sales to approve). The Quick Stats overview displays your affiliates along with the number of sales made, leads, commissions paid, sales/click ratio, leads commission, sales amount, total commission, impressions, text clicks, banner clicks, total clicks and banner CTR in any date range specified.

The software also allows you to organize your marketing materials into specific categories and sub-categories for ease of location for your affiliates or you can assign specific categories of marketing materials to specific affiliates.

MyAP gives you complete control to suspend, delete, approve, reject or edit any affiliate data at any time.

Features:
MyAP has a lot of great features to make managing your affiliates easy. Here is a list of what we found most useful in their software:

Marketing Material Report – displays banner creatives, the number of impressions and clicks received on each creative, leads and sales generated, leads and sales commission and the sales amount to be paid.

Super Track Report – displays all contact information for an affiliate, pending orders, confirmed orders, sales commission rate, CPC rate, banner CTR, orders to click ratio, sales commission rate just to name a few. This report shows it all in one simply view.

Pay Affiliates - Allows you to generate a report to pay commissions to your affiliates. You select the date up to which unpaid commissions should be tabulated and whether you want the report to include all commissions due or just those that have reached the low payout limit set for that affiliate.

Payment History – You’ll never lose track of your financials with this report. Just select the date range to view your transaction history of commission payouts.

The Good:
-Excellent Customer Service - free, unlimited technical support via phone or email
-Works with virtually every shopping cart and order processing system on the market - and custom scripts as well
-Exports payment reports to a file that can be read by an automated check writing service or software solution of your choice
-Customizable set up in 24hrs or less
-Easily locate any affiliate by searching by name, email address, ID, etc…

The Bad:
-Commission reports, once submitted for payment cannot be undone. The system will assume all commissions listed on your report are going to be paid and are no longer due.
-Not all views within the navigation come with explanatory instructions.
-Demo does not guide, rather allows the user to browse through the software.
